Affordable web site design and maintenance services

Rates for web design and maintenance will vary depending on the nature and amount of work involved. Start up of a new site will be charged at a flat rate of $250 for a site containing up to four pages. Additional pages will be charged at a rate of $50 per additional page. These rates also apply to a complete redesign of an existing site.

For maintenance of existing web sites and continuing maintenance of sites that I build, the rate is $20 per hour. However this rate is charged on the actual portion(s) of hours needed. For instance, if maintenance services on your site entails one hour and 30 minutes, it will be charged as 1 1/2 hours, for a total of $30.00. In addition, I will not charge for the first two hours working on an existing web site as it takes time to become familiar with the structure of the site.
